This is a new sake brewed using exclusively Tokyo-grown rice and the rare "Edo yeast". With an acidity of 8.2 and a Sake Meter Value (SMV) of -40, it achieves a balanced taste between acidity and sweetness. It is a Junmai Ginjo sake with an alcohol content of 13%.
At the "Kura Master 2020" sake competition held in Paris, it was honored to receive the Platinum Award (highest award) in the Junmai category.
