Chiyomusubi Gin Inabato (Impact) now comes in a cute 90ml bottle!
Applying the distillation techniques we've cultivated over the years, Inabato (Impact) is a dry gin developed in the summer of 2019.
The name evokes our feelings for our hometown, the former Tottori domains of Inaba and Hoki, and its impactful flavor, as its name suggests.
It features a total of 13 botanicals. In addition to the base of juniper berry and coriander, we add citrus notes with lemon, hassaku, and yuzu, and locally grown Kuromoji, a traditional Japanese fragrant wood also used in high-quality toothpicks, for a soothing forest-like aroma.
Enjoy it straight or on the rocks as a gin and tonic, or in various cocktails. Enjoy it in a variety of ways.
