Handa Noodle has the developed history for more than 270 years. It was first introduced to Shogun families as a local dish of Awa during the mid-Edo period. The difference of the Handa noodle with others is that Handa noodle is made by hands, so it is thicker and stronger. Especially, noodles will not become soggy, and able to use with soup or hot pot.
Usage: Use as ingredient for cooking
How to use: Boil noodle in hot water for 5 - 6 minutes, then pour out to dry. Noodles are ready to use now.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, salt, vegetable oil.
Storage: Store in cool, dry place and avoid from direct sunlight. Keep away from toxic chemicals.
