1. Introduction
Japanese Sake Hachitsuru Junmai Namachozou is filled with the breath of freshness. This sake is slightly transparent and pure, with a bright blue color similar to the color of seawater. Just like its elegant appearance, the flavor of this Sake is also fresh and gentle.
