"A black label with a silver crab mark. The symbol of Sawanoi is a freshwater crab motif. In the clear stream near the brewery, freshwater crabs that live only where the water is clean are sprinkled here and there. Blessed with water. It's proof that sake is made in the environment.
“Junmai Ginjirushi” is one of Sawanoi’s reasonably priced drinks that you won’t get tired of drinking, so it’s one you’ll want to keep at home for your evening drink.
A full-bodied pure rice sake brewed with low-polished rice to bring out the umami of the rice

Pairing with Sashimi, Oden, Grilled fish  are recommended.

About Brewery

Ozawa Shuzou, founded in 1702, is located in Okutama, which abounds with natural beauty despite being located in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Sawanoi, the brand name was originally named after the location of Sawai area, which is known for its clear water. Ozawa Shuzo has a history dating back more than 300 years and has been loved by the locals as the brewery of Tokyo’s Okutama sake, and also the oldest sake brewery in the region of Tokyo.
