It has been 30 years since it was first released. This sweet unfiltered sake is the most popular one.
It has a strong flavor but still retains the deliciousness, sweetness, and mildness of the rice, creating a perfect balance.
The unfiltered sake, "Kuroda Bushi", is made from rice harvested in early autumn that has absorbed the blessings of the land in Kama village, making it a true "local sake."
The new sake, which is usually completed in mid-November, has a slight fizz and a rich taste that can be enjoyed with a refreshing aftertaste.
It is recommended to chill the sake and pair it with flavorful dishes such as grilled meat and Chinese cuisine.

Pairing with Yakiniku, Chinese Dishes, Braised Pork  are recommended.

About Brewery

Representative brand of Daisato Sake Brewery "Kuroda Bushi".
As someone who loves Fukuoka, Kenji Tomozoe says, "Drink, drink, and if you're going to drink, drink enough to drink this sword of Kuroda Bushi, the best in Japan," and hums the folk song Kuroda Bushi of Fukuoka.
Daisato Sake Brewery has a long history, founded in the late Edo period in 1835, but actually has only recently become associated with Tomozoe Honten. They have been doing business in the Chikuyo and Kama areas for a long time, so it was rare to see their products in Fukuoka City. Since the current eighth-generation president, Daisato Motoyuki, became president, he has actively expanded into Fukuoka, and Tomozoe Honten has started to stock their sake.

About Fukuoka

Fukuoka, located on the northern coast of Kyushu, Japan's southernmost main island, boasts a diverse geography. It features a coastal area along the Genkai Sea, crossed by several rivers like the Naka River. The terrain ranges from flat coastal regions to hilly and mountainous landscapes inland, with the picturesque Itoshima Peninsula to the west.
Fukuoka experiences a humid subtropical climate with hot, humid summers and mild winters, along with the occasional typhoon. The fertile plains around the city support agriculture, including rice and fruit production.
