It uses high-grade dried bonito flakes from "Ninben," a long-established dried bonito flake maker, and is characterized by its rich dashi (broth) flavor.
In addition, it is supervised by Nihonbashi Saruya, a long-established toothpick maker, and is infused with a Japanese herb that has long been used as an ingredient for toothpicks.
It goes especially well with Japanese food. We also recommend "Tokyo Gin Soda" made with 1:1 soda.

About Brewery
The Prefectural Gin Project is an initiative to plan and develop craft gins using the specialties of each of the 47 prefectures in Japan, and to promote them in Japan and abroad.
Our goal is to maximize the flavors of products unique to each locality, and to design products that are not only delicious, but can also be used as a fun communication tool at gatherings where people can enjoy a drink in hand.
