Japanese Traditional Soup Base - Shirodashi
The perfect combination of the four specialty ingredients from Hokkaido: tuna, mackerel, bonito and kelp. Shirodashi purely uses natural ingredients, no preservatives and artificial colors. so it can be used regularly for children. Also, the soup is especially good for the health of your family members since it contains high amount of fish proteins, vitamins, and other minerals.
Usage: Use as the sooup with rice and noodles
Ingredients: Salt; Sugar; Hydrolysis protein from soya; Soya sauce (water, soy, wheat, salt); Dried Bonito (Fish); Dried Mackerel; Vinegar (Alcohol); Dried Frigate Mackerel; Kelp; Monosodium L-Glutamate (INS 621), Disodium 5'-Inosinate (INS 631), Disodium 5'-guanylate (INS 627); Acid Adjuster: Disodium Succinate (INS 364 (ii)).
