Keep the original taste of tuna and kelp
The drying method, which minimizes the use of heat in order to keep original flavor for raw materials. One big package includes 6 small packs, so you can cook from 3 to 6 times. Inside of product contains an inert gas which supports to suppress oxidation and maintain flavor quality. The taste is agreed by the famous professional chefs.
- Usage: Make Dashi soup by boiling the pack or for cooking
① Basic soup (stew, miso soup):
Put 1 pack in 400ml hot water, boil for 3 minutes with medium heat, then take the it out and the soup is ready.
② Rich flavor soup (soups, soba, udon):
Put 2 packs into 500ml hot water, boil for 3 minutes with medium heat, then take them out. Finally, you can add more other spices such as salt, soy sauce ... depending on taste
