A richly flavored junmai ginjo brewed with Sake rice produced in Nagano Prefecture. And brewed by the traditional method using natural lactic acid called "Kimoto". It takes more than 2 times from normal method to make a yeast starter "Shubo". Enjoy dense flavor and aftertaste, the exquisite balanced of "Sweet, Sour, Spicy, Bitter, Astringent" and sharpness at a wide range of temperatures, from cold to hot. Especially warm temperature is recommended.
The name of Maruto is "Maru" stands for the sun and "To" stands for "to ascend," meaning "the sun rises".
Pairing with Grilled fish, Braised Pork, Cheese"Hard" are recommended.
