This gin is redistilled from sake lees, a byproduct of sake production. The spirits retain a subtle aroma of sake lees, and each ingredient is carefully infused and distilled. Botanicals like juniper berries, lemon, sesame, and Kyoto Ohara’s shiso are used to bring out their full potential.
