Using yeast collected from wisteria flowers, this shochu is made with yellow rice malt and has a refreshing taste.
Kuroki Oofuji in the name is a famous natural monument planted in 1395 by Imperial Prince Goseisei Shogun Yoshinari. We use the same yellow rice malt as sake and yeast cultured from wisteria flowers in the same town. It has a rich aroma like sake yeast, and is finished with a gentle taste.
